Join Us for one of our upcoming Admissions Events:

• “Get Outside” admissions events are designed for families to experience a Cambridge School education in person. Students will participate in an outdoor activity highlighting our integral curriculum. Parents will discover some of the many benefits of taking school outdoors. Click here to sign up.
• Open House Events are for parents only. Sign up for 30-minute sessions to visit our campus, view curricular resources, and ask questions. This is a chance for parents to get a feel for the school while we are in session. Click here to sign up.

ADMISSIONS TIMELINE:

• October 2023 – Online Application Open for Fall 2024 enrollment
• January 3,  2024 – Admissions Application Due
• January 3, 2024 – Financial Aid Application Due
• January 12, 2024 – Transcripts and Common Referral Forms Due
• January 20, 2024 – Admissions Testing – Grades K-2
• January 27, 2024 – Admissions Testing – Grades 3-7
• February 16, 2024 – Admissions Decision Notification Day
• March 1, 2024 – Enrollment Contract and Deposit Due

AGE REQUIREMENTS:

To enter KINDERGARTEN in the fall of 2024, applicants must be four by September 1, 2023. The appropriate birthday range for KINDERGARTEN applicants is late summer of 2018 to August 31, 2019.

To enter FIRST GRADE in the fall of 2024, applicants must be five by September 1, 2023. The appropriate birthday range for FIRST GRADE applicants is late summer of 2017 to August 31, 2018.

HOW TO APPLY:

To begin the online application process, Create an Account through our FACTS SIS portal. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for each child in which you intend to apply. You will have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application(s).

After submitting the application and application fee, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms.
